OW Material Pick up
Remote Device and Material Pick-Up
Remote device and material pick up will be this Friday, August 21st for all students. All students will receive a device as well as individual material from their classroom teacher. The classroom teachers will be in the front of Oakwood School, hand delivering these items until 3pm. We wanted to offer another opportunity for our families and students to connect with their classroom teacher, even if it is momentarily. Please be respectful of your time with each teacher, as it’s important to make this process as efficient as possible, while adhering to the social distancing guidelines.
We are currently waiting on a shipment of new Chromebooks for our kinder students. In the interim, all kinder students will receive an alternative device this Friday that is compatible with our current technology. When the new shipment is received, we will schedule an additional pick up for the new devices. Thank you for your patience!
Please bring a backpack to hold items for pick up. Pick up times are as follows.
Students with the Last Name A-L- 9:00am - 11am
Students with the Last Name M-Z- 1pm - 3pm
Late Pick-Up- 4:00-5:00pm (This pick-up time will be with Ms. Kwasny & Mr. Talaga only)
**If you cannot attend your designated time, please reach out to your child's teacher to schedule a pick up.
Also, If you have library books from last year you would like to drop off, there will be a drop off bin by the main entrance on Friday.
Class Lists
All class lists will be updated Thursday in Skyward. Thank you for your patience and flexibility.
Classes will begin remotely on Monday, August 24.
