We need your help in completing the 5Essentials Parent Survey. We need at least 20% and we are currently at 4% completion. Here is the link for the parent survey. I heard some folks were having some trouble accessing so I want to provide some guidance. When you get to the login page you will need to enter your email address as well as the county. Don't forget we are in Cook. I know some folks live in Dupage but the school is in Cook so it will need to reflect that county. For the next box labeled school just type in Oakwood and it should the first school that comes up.
