My name is Joe Tomasek and I am a Physical Education Teacher at River Valley and Oakwood Schools. In Physical Education we teach 1st Grade through 5th Grade. I also am a sponsor for River Valley Intramurals and Oakwood Fit Club. This is my second year at Oakwood/River Valley. I graduated from Illinois State University with a major in Physical Education and a minor in Health Education. I played hockey through college and am currently a hockey coach. I am a Blackhawks and Bears fan! I am looking forward to the 2017-2018 school year!
