Kevin Collins

Mr. Collins and his wife Lisa have been natives of Lemont for the past five years. They have three children: Thomas, Abigail and Kevin Michael.

Mr. Collins received a Bachelor of Science from Northern Illinois University and has worked as a police officer for over twenty years. Mr. Collins has training and experience as a School Resource Officer (SRO). He also has training as a Juvenile Officer, Field Training Officer, Rapid Deployment Team (SWAT), Tactical Officer, Department Instructor, Crisis Intervention team, critical incident response training and student behavioral threat assessment. He has held the offices of President, Vice President and Sergeant at Arms of Fraternal Order of Police Lodge #8. Mr. Collins has over twenty years’ experience coaching youth sports such as wrestling, baseball, soccer, and football.
