An original birth certificate for the student, proof of residency within District 113A, and a completed registration packet for each new student is required for enrollment.

The first day of school will be Wednesday, August 17, 2022. Please register by Thursday, August 11, 2022 to avoid any delays in starting. Registration is open all year.
Medical, dental and vision forms are not required at the time of your K-8 registration appointment. Forms may be turned in directly to the school before October 15, 2022.
Affidavit of Residency (Natural Parents) Affidavits of Residency are only required for families living with a district resident. In these cases, the owner/lessee must prove residency within the district, and the student's family must prove they live with the owner/lessee. Call your School Office or the District Office for more details.
