Welcome to the District 113A Operations Department!

At District 113A, our Operations Department works diligently behind the scenes to create and maintain an optimal environment for learning and growth across all our facilities. We are dedicated to ensuring that our schools are not just places of education, but also spaces that are well-maintained, secure, and welcoming for everyone.

Cleanliness is a cornerstone of our efforts. We are committed to providing a hygienic and sanitary environment for our students, staff, and visitors. Our dedicated custodial teams ensure that classrooms, common areas, and facilities are meticulously cleaned and disinfected regularly, promoting health and well-being throughout the district.

Safety is paramount in everything we do. From maintaining secure buildings and playgrounds to ensuring emergency systems are fully functional, our team prioritizes the physical security and well-being of our entire school community. We conduct regular inspections, implement preventative measures, and respond swiftly to any concerns to uphold the highest safety standards.

We strive for efficiency in all our operational processes. Our department manages a wide array of responsibilities, from facility maintenance and energy management to groundskeeping and logistical support. By optimizing our workflows and utilizing resources wisely, we ensure that our operations run smoothly, cost-effectively, and with minimal disruption to the educational day.

School Dude - Work Requests for Employees

The mission of the Operation Dept. at Lemont Bromberek District 113A  is to provide an environment that inspires and empowers students to meet high academic standards and contribute back to our society. Part of this environment includes the facilities where our students learn and play, so the M&O Department is making a commitment to improving our service to you and our students.

As of Tuesday September 2nd, Maintenance and Operations will be going live with SchoolDude’s online work order system, MaintenanceDirect. MaintenanceDirect will allow us to streamline the M&O department while increasing communication, transparency, and customer service!

Below are two links that will be very valuable resources as we transition over to MaintenanceDirect, the first is a short tutorial video for your requester role and the second is the direct link to the maintenance work request page.  Attached is a quick step guide document outlining the requester role as well.
