Mr. Ascolani has served as Board President since 2018 and is a native of Palos Hills. He is a graduate of Stagg High School in Palos Hills and received a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. In 2011, he received his law degree from the University of Illinois - Chicago and was admitted to the Illinois Bar in 2012.

Mr. Ascolani currently works at one of the three national credit bureaus serving as its Global Head of Procurement, Travel, Corporate Security, Third Party Risk, and Facilities & Real Estate. Prior to that, he spent 15 years at a global bank where he has held a variety of senior management positions in risk and procurement. His areas of expertise include policy drafting, vendor contract negotiations, facilities openings and decommissioning, M&A, and implementation of regulatory requirements.

Damon and his wife Amy have lived in Lemont since 2009. They have six children: Nathan, Abbey, Michael, Lauren, Andrew, and Joseph. His oldest 2 children are college graduates from Illinois State University and University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He has a senior at Illinois State University, a freshman at the University of Notre Dame, and the youngest 2 are currently attending Lemont High School.
