David Molitor is currently serving his eighth year on the District 113 School Board and has been a District 113A resident for over 30 years. David has participated in several professional development opportunities with the Illinois Association of School Boards (IASB) and has retained a Master School Board Member status since his third year on the Board.
David graduated from Northern Illinois University where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. For the last 28 years, David has worked as an independent software consultant, primarily in the health insurance industry.
David has previously served as the Board’s President and Vice-President. He has served as the Chairperson for the district’s Policy Committee for the last 6 years and has been a member of the district's Finance Committee, Technology Committee, Negotiations Committee, Calendar Committee, and Transportation Committee.
David and his wife Linda lived at his current residence since 2002. They have two children, Amber and Aubrey, that are currently attending the Lemont High School District 210.
Outside of his school board work, David was an assistant coach in girls’ softball for 6 years and enjoys reading and playing golf.
