    I have been teaching 1st grade at Oakwood School since 2003 and have enjoyed every second!  Every day is a new and exciting adventure that always ends with smiles and success.
    It is my philosophy that each student reach their personal, educational and social potential in an organized, student-centered environment that fosters critical thinking and individual reflection.  I create a warm and inviting atmosphere that uses positive discipline to build the fundamental foundation of a thoughtful, independent, lifelong learner.
