From the Director:
To the Lemont-Bromberek District 113A School community-
As we continue our journey of learning and exploration together, I am reminded about the importance of communication. We all know that communication is not simply about what is said; it’s about how it is said, what is not said, the tone in one’s voice, and the nonverbal behavior that accompanies it. This is true in all our relationships, including those with our children. Even if they don’t hear the words, they understand the message.
The strong efforts of our parents, teachers, support workers, community members, and administrators working together this past year have paid off. We are moving forward, thanks to a school community grounded in strong skills, creative ideas for meeting kids’ needs, and dedication to academic and behavioral success for each student. Let’s continue to model these abilities for our children as we move forward.
Please do not hesitate to call if there is anything you would like to discuss about your child. I welcome the opportunity to get to know you and your children!
