As the year comes to an end we are always looking for ways to keep things exciting.We will be doing an ABC countdown to count the last 26 days of school. Each day will have a different theme.
April 26 A- Acrostic Poem Day
April 29 B- Buddy Reading Day- bring in a book to share with a friend
April 30 C- Chicago Team Day- Wear an item of clothing with your favorite Chicago
Team. (Sorry, no hats or wigs)
May 1 D- Dessert Day- Bring your favorite dessert at lunch time
May 2 E- Extra Recess Day!
May 3 F- “For my teacher” day- we will be writing notes to one of our old teachers
May 6 G- Game Day- We will set aside time for a game today
May 7 H- Hawaiian Hula Day – Wear a tropical outfit today
May 8 I- IPod Day- Bring in your ipod to listen to it
May 9 J- Jeans Day – Wear your favorite jeans today
May 10 K- Keeping up with current events (TFK)
May 13 L- Lounge Day- Wear comfy clothes/PJ’s for the day

May 14 M- Movie day!
May 15 N- No homework day! Enjoy your night
May 16 O- Orange Day- Wear orange!
May 17 P Pick your own seat for part of the day!
May 20 Q- Quiet Day- Be creative, find other ways to communicate today
May 21 R- Rainbow Day- Try and wear all the colors of the rainbow today
May 22 S- Sunglass day- Wear your favorite shades!
May 23 T- Two recess day! (Another fun recess day!!!)
May 24 U- USA Day- Wear red, white, and blue!
May 28 V- Visitor reading day- Staff members will visit other classrooms and read their favorite stories!
May 29 W- White Out! Wear white
May 30 X eXercise an eXtra few minutes in class today!
May 31 Y- Yellow Day: wear yellow
June 1 Z - Zebra day- dress in black and white
