At a special meeting held at
OQ Middle School on August 16, 2010, the District 113 A Board of
Education approved a balanced budget for the 2010-11 school year.
This is the first balanced budget for the district in over 10

implementation of the Illinois State Board of Education Financial
Plan approved in March of this year. Many changes will be
