New student registration is by appointment only at each school. New registrations will NOT be accepted on August 17th & August 20th.
Student’s original birth certificate, proof of residency, Illinois Student Transfer Form (for students who transfer from another Illinois public school) and fees will be required. Please note that fees are paid online with a credit card; cashier’s checks and money orders are also accepted (staff cannot accept cash).
