DISTRICT113A BOARD APPROVES FEB. 2, 2010 REFERENDUM QUESTION

Public to Decide Future of Educational Programs

On  November 30, 2009 the Lemont-Bromberek CSD 113A Board of Education approved a resolution to go to the public to raise the limiting tax rate by 45 cents, on February 2, 2010.  After many weeks of consideration on the financial outlook for the district the Board of Education voted 6-1 to put this issue to the public.  Below is the exact language of the resolution passed by the Board of Education and the draft ballot language sent to both Cook and DuPage Counties for the February election.
