for 2009-2010
Thursday, July 16th, Wednesday, July 22nd,
Tuesday, August 4th
7:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.
River Valley School

Lemont, Illinois
Student’s original birth certificate, proof of residency, Illinois
Student Transfer Form (for students who transfer from another
Illinois public school) and fees will be required. Please note that
fees are paid online with a credit card; cashier’s checks and money
orders are also accepted (office staff cannot accept cash). The new
student enrollment and registration forms are available on the
District’s web site and may be completed in advance
(www.sd113a.org).
August 5th – August 17th:
New student registration by appointment only at each school.
No new registrations will be accepted on August 18th & August
19th.
