New Enrollments: Student’s original birth certificate, proof of residency, Illinois Student Transfer Form (for students who transfer from another Illinois public school) and fees will be required. Enrollment form is available on the District’s web site and may be completed in advance (www.sd113a.org).
Current Student Registration: Fees, health records and other required documents may be submitted during this final registration period.
*After this date, registrations will be taken by appointment only. Please contact the appropriate school at the number noted below. No registrations will be scheduled on August 19th and August 20th.
