River Valley Receives Grant

5th grade teachers, Renee Steffan and Mary Hately joined librarian, Mrs. Sifling and principal, Mrs. Lynch in accepting a check for $500.00 to help support literacy programs at River Valley School. A thank you to the Delta Kappa Gamma organization for their belief in what we do here with children. The money will go to support the 3rd grade Monarch reading program, the 4th grade Caudill reading program and the 5th grade Battle of the Books reading program. A HUGE thank you to Mrs. Sifling who wrote the grant!
