This past year River Valley participated in an internal audit facilitated by CEC (Consortium for Educational Change). Through this process a group of staff members from River Valley took a close look at three of the following areas:
- Collaboration
- Results
- Learning
In each area, a rubric was used to rate where RV students and staff were in implementation. After that report was compiled an outside team came and observed and interviewed students, staff and community members of River Valley. Using our internal report and all their observations and interviews they wrote a report that depicts the strengths and opportunities at River Valley. This report can be found here.
The River Valley School Leadership Team and staff will be analyzing all areas of this report to work on areas that need improvement and to capitalize on areas that are going well.
